the cultural institute of entezare noor affiliated to the islamic propagation office of the islamic seminaries in qom has been established in 1420 ah.

the goals of the establishment are as the following:
i. scientific-research-studying and explaining the subjects and articles about mahdawiyya and messianism,
ii. propaganding and developing the clture of mahdawiyya in islamic and other human communities,
iii. cooperating and assisting the scientific-cultural characters, centers and organizations to explain and publicize the idea of mahadawiyya,

structure:
the cultural institute of entezare noor has three assistances: ivestigatory, cultural and finance-officical. each of them, is making an endeavor towards the aims of the institute.

the investigatory aassistance comprises three directorship:
1. studies and research directorship,
2. text-compiling directorship,
3. technical information directorship,

1.1. studies and research directorship, has the responsibilty of programming and scientific researches on the subject of mahdawiyya and messianism and any relevant topics to preforming this, the directorship has instituted ten scientific groups as following. thequr’an interpretation group, tradition (hadith group), theology group, history group, politics group, sociology group, religions and sects group, training group.
1.2. text-compiling directorship, to author articles and suitable books and also publishing the scientific works of the other researching groups.
1.3. technical information directorship,is supposed to support the researchers of scientific resources, arranging documents and presenting technical intormation to the researchers and the centers which are looking forward to being informed of mahdawiyya.

cultural assistance has also three directorships:
1. cultural development directorship,
2. cultural relations directorship,
3. cultural propagation directorship,

1.2. providing and producing new programs apt to different addressees is considered to be the major task of the directorship of cultural development.
2.2. cultural relations directorship, to contact with the cultural centers of iran and other countries to perform the cultural activities and programmes.
2.3. cultural propagation directorship has the obligation of performing the various cultural efforts to present to different social levels and addressees in different occasions.

the cultural –finance assistance has also three directorships: official, finance and backing, and is supposed to perform the duty of official arrangement and discipline, financial affairs and supporting and providing with the necessities of the institute.

the most important efforts performed up to now, are as following:
research activities:
1. going through 137 series of the interpretation books of the sunnites and shi’ites, and the viewpoints of the interpreters about the verses of the holy qur’an regarding mahdawiyya.
2. studying more than 200 series of the tradition (hadith) books of the two sects (shi'ite and sunnite), extracting and categorizing the traditions and information about mahdawiyya.
3. going through more than 2000 books of the shi’ites and the sunnites about mahdawiyya, indexing and categorizing their continuous subjects,
4. studying and categorizing the qestions and dubieties of various levels, for being prepared to be replied.
5. studying the historical, educational, social and political pathology of mahdawiyya.
6. compiling 26 books for the different levels of age of which 15 have been published.
7. going through 200 internet sites referring to mahdawiyya, extracting and categorizing the articles and issuses thereof.
8. establishing a specialized library and centers for the scientific documents.
9. establishing website of mahdawiyya “monjee. com”.
10. compiling specific articles in regard to mahdawiyya for different need circumstances.
11. performing various research projects, as phenomenology and messianism in religions, and studying the influence of believing in mahdawiyya in strengthening the youth religious ceredences and beliefs,

cultural efforts:
1. preparing the plan of mahdawiyya discourse and performing 5 annual discourses,
2.holding 15 specific meetings,
3. preparing the plan of the international congresses on the promised reformer, and also the plan for common meetings with the universities and the secretariat of the islamic scholars of the country and the center for the proximity of islamic denominations.up to now, 18 sessions of the above-mentioned, have been held.
4. preparing the plan of the cultural-scientific co-operation, and holding the common scientific sessions abroad, as regards mahdawiyya.
5. preparing the plan of the cultural-scientifice co-operation for proximity of islamic schools of thoght and also making the cultural-scientific plan ready to cooperate with london islamic centre.
6. producing more than 2000 minutes programs for sahar tv international, channel 2,3 and 4 of "maarif radio.
7. co-operating with the "live" programmes in arabic language, in 95 sections and also cooperative efforts with the "live" progrom of “towards the appearance" in 30 sections in planning, researching ,counsultation and extracting the objects.
8. appointing experts for the radio programs, from awaiting age to the friday of appearnce, in 102 sections.
9. establishing the international rerlations unit in order to establish contact with effortful people and centers regarding mahdawiyya.
10. establishing the international relations unit, to recognize the messianic cultural-scientific centres and also making acquaintance with thinkers for consultation and exchange of ideas.
11. preparing the searches –plan for the future of humanity to present to the islamic searching centers.
12. establishing a public cultural unit to make ready the suggested programs to be performed in the week of mahdawiyya like establishing nudbi dua, in the islamic seminaries the country over and performing other programs.
13. preparing fairs and exhibitions alongside of the discourses and in several universities in the different parts of the country.

14. harmonizing with the press to spread the calls and propagative
titles and cultural messages in regard to mahdawiyya.
the cultural institute of entezare noor, through successful-enjoying the fruits of scientific capacity of a lot of researchers and islamic scholars of (howzeh), a few year-experiences, and prepared scientific resources for cultural –scientific works of wide capacities would have long desired to open the door of co-operation, aid-backing, companionship and convergency to the learned, institutes,cnters and organizations interested in explaining and propagating the culture of mahdawiyya all over the world and to shake hands modestly with those loving and enthusiastic learned thinkers who are serving to elevate the islamic values and the religion of allah. wassalmo alaikom wa rahmatullah
